Acceptance of award. We require your acceptance of the award prior to us officially naming and listing you on our site as an S3 Outdoors Website Quality Award. Please reply to this email as your acceptance of this exclusive honor. You have up to 30 days to reply to this notification of award. If you choose not to reply, you are agreeing to forfeit the award and another website in your category will be chosen to receive the award.
As an award winner, you agree to permit S3 Outdoors to post your company name, website name, company logo, and a link to your site on our S3 Outdoors Website Quality Award directory. You permit S3 Outdoors to announce and promote your business as a S3 Outdoors Website Quality Award recipient on our site, in our press releases, on our blog, on our Facebook page, on Linked-In and any other electronic media deemed appropriate by S3 Outdoors.
S3 Outdoors may, from time to time, modify the appearance (such as style, color, graphics) of the S3 Outdoors Website Quality Award without notice to the award winners. in doing so,the purpose and intent of the award will not be altered. The image dimensions will be kept constant.
If at any time the award winner removes the award badge and/or link to S3 Outdoors, the award winner forfeits the use of the badge and a new winner will be choosen.
